2.0 SCOPE OF THESE TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made online from within the United States of America by consumers (the “customer”, “you”, “your”) for personal, non-commercial use only, of products sold under the Company’s trademarks and related branding (the “Products”) through https:// www.mdfbeauty.com (the “Website”). Unless otherwise stated at checkout, every purchase made on the Website is subject to these Terms of Sale. By purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by them. You are responsible for saving or printing a copy of these Terms of Sale and any other disclosures we provide. You agree that transactions conducted on or through the Website are carried out electronically. If we contact you by phone, calls may be recorded where permitted by law. Geographic restrictions. Products offered on the Website are intended for delivery to end customers in the United States. We currently ship within the continental United States and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses (APO/FPO), General Delivery, or P.O. Boxes. Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and related restrictions. You represent that you are not prohibited from purchasing the Products under applicable laws, including applicable restricted party lists. You also represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you will not use the Products in violation of applicable U.S. export control or sanctions laws Changes to these Terms of Sale. We may revise or update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in effect on the date you place the order.

3.0 PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to present accurate Product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, mistakes can occur. We do not guarantee that all information on the Website is error-free, complete, or current. If an error occurs (including in Product description, availability, or pricing), we reserve the right to correct it. This may include updating your order (including charging the correct price after notice where required) or cancelling the order and issuing a refund. If you do not wish to proceed after a correction, you may cancel for a refund—this is your exclusive remedy for such errors. All Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

4.0 ORDERING PRODUCTS
Products are sold for personal use only. Purchases intended for resale or business use are not permitted. To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live if higher), and you must use a payment method accepted on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (including shipping address, contact information, and payment details) is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information you submit. We may refuse or cancel an order if: there is an unresolved payment dispute related to a prior purchase; the order violates these Terms of Sale; or our security and risk systems flag the transaction as potentially fraudulent or anomalous. We will acknowledge your order via email. Your order is accepted—and a binding contract is formed—once we send an order confirmation email (which may also include notices of issues such as payment problems, delivery timing changes, or availability).

5.0 PRICES
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping, and handling are added at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may impose quantity limits, limit purchases, or discontinue Products at any time—even after items are placed in cart. If you have received an order confirmation, later price changes will not affect that confirmed order. Displayed taxes may differ from estimates due to changes in tax rates, jurisdictional rules, or differences between processor systems.

6.0 PAYMENT
Orders must be paid using the payment methods presented at checkout. If paying by card, you confirm that: the card details you provide are accurate; you are authorized to use the card; and your card issuer will honor the charges. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed and will be cancelled. Ownership of Products remains with the Company until we receive full payment.

7.0 DELIVERY
We ship to the delivery address you provide, provided it is within our supported delivery territory (see Article 2). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Orders are shipped via the carrier selected by us. Delivery dates are estimates only. Shipping delays can occur, and we do not accept liability for carrier delays, whether or not within our control. If we anticipate a material delay, we may notify you and provide revised timing or alternative options where feasible. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see also Article 13). Title passes to you upon delivery. If you need to cancel an order, contact us through the Website Contact section and include your order details.

8.0 RETURNS
Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your Products (or, if your order arrives in multiple shipments, within 30 days of receiving the final item). Returns are not accepted in physical stores. Returns must be completed by: following the return process described on the Website; and/or returning by mail/courier, at your cost (unless we provide a prepaid method). You should keep proof of return shipment. Returned Products remain your responsibility until received by us. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all labels, accessories, and any promotional gifts included with the purchase. If items are not in resalable condition, we may refuse the return or apply a reduction for diminished value where permitted. Certain items may not be eligible for return, including goods made to your specifications or personalized items, and sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene/ health reasons once unsealed. We may investigate suspicious return activity and may suspend accounts linked to suspected fraud.

REFUND TIMING AND METHOD
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days after we receive the returned Products (or acceptable proof of return, where required). If you selected an upgraded delivery method, we only refund shipping costs up to the amount of the least expensive delivery option we offered at purchase. Where allowed by law, “final sale” items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

9.0 INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING ORDERS
If the Products delivered do not match your order, you must notify us as soon as possible (and no later than 30 days after delivery) and follow our return instructions. Where we confirm a non-conforming shipment, we will cover return shipping costs (subject to evidence of costs if you arranged shipping yourself). If replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned Products. Returns/exchanges for non-conforming orders cannot be processed in-store.

10.0 DISCOUNT CODES, OFFERS, AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes may be issued from time to time. Codes are unique, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Expiration dates and conditions may apply. If a code is applied to an order containing multiple items, the discount is allocated proportionally across items. Refunds for returned items from such orders will be reduced by the discount allocated to those items. Discounts are not refundable. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Product/category exclsions may apply. We do not provide price adjustments for sale items.

11.0 PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMERS
We are responsible only for losses directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent required by law. Products are sold for personal use only; we do not accept liability for losses relating to resale activity or business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including lost profits or goodwill). Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable order. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. The Website and related content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, outages, or unauthorized access or alteration of data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Website at any time.

13.0 FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, system failures, governmental actions, epidemics/pandemics, or other similar events. Where performance is suspended for more than 30 days, either you or we may cancel the affected order(s). If cancelled, you will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.

14.0 GENERAL PROVISIONS; DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any part of these Terms of Sale is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. No waiver of a breach is a waiver of any other breach. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. These Terms of Sale do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Additional dispute resolution terms—including arbitration, jury trial waiver, and class actionwaiver—may apply where stated at checkout or within the dispute resolution section of these Terms (if included).
